Issad Rebrab, CEO and founder of the Cevital Group, was the guest of honour on 15 September at the Cevital Corporate University of Algeria, which he launched in 2013, in a pioneering initiative in Algeria.
Issad Rebrab recalled the objectives of the “Welch Way program” designed to train 400 Group managers in the long run, spearheading the Group’s strategy for supremacy as well as providing a springboard for these managers to further their career development.
For the Group’s founder, companies that take care of their employees are the ones that succeed in the long term.
The Group’s growth strategy is ambitious: to double its revenues by 2020, of which 50% internationally. The “Welch Way program” will give Group employees opportunities for rewarding career development in a very stimulating multicultural environment.
Diversified industrial activities, both in Algeria and internationally, given that Cevital does business in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe, provide a wealth of potential avenues.
Issad Rebrab stressed the importance of the Cevital Corporate University, which is a legacy for future generations.
